I can't believe how fast this year has gone, it seems like just the other day we were celebrating the upgrade of our call centre software and now we're planning our next one!

Anyway Christmas time is upon us and with it comes temporary changes and updates to rosters and company contacts. If your office is planning changes over the holiday period, we'd appreciate you taking 5 minutes to fill in the form below, just so we won't disturb you while you're taking some time out :)

 
Christchurch Earthquake

Due to the Christchurch earthquake, we are experiencing very heavy call volumes at present. We apologise to our regular clients for the disruptions you are experiencing to your normal service levels.

Please be assured we are doing all we can to restore service back to normal.

SkyTower fire severs Vodafone broadband

Vodafone internet users were cut off this afternoon after a fire at the SkyTower in central Auckland.

Vodafone spokesman Paul Brislen said a small fire at the comms room in the SkyTower - possibly caused by a generator blowing up - shut off power and as the tower was evacuated, no one was allowed back in to turn on the back-up generator.

The outage meant Vodafone users were unable to connect to broadband and mobile data for about an hour this afternoon.

Mr Brislen said other service providers who used the SkyTower would have also been affected by the outage.

Services were now running as usual, he said.
