Customer Service Assist This is a Fully Customised Telephone Answering Service, which is tailored to your specific requirements. A unique telephone number is allocated for your use, and answered according to your instructions.
In Detail: Following your pre-determined prompts, our operators will first determine the nature of the call. This could be anything ranging from a query which we might ‘save’ for your further action the following day to an emergency call-out for your after-hours support team. Whether it is taking a credit card order, advising where to send a cheque for an order or simply recording a name and telephone number for your further follow up. Details of all calls will be delivered in hard copy to your fax once a day, via email or as otherwise instructed. With the aid of rosters and escalation procedures we can pass details of each call via pager, mobile phone, home telephone or any combination. As many companies utilising this level of service are already operating under contractual time restraints with their own clients, our operators can be instructed to manage calls within a specified time frame. We can provide daily, weekly or monthly copies of all calls detailing activity during the previous period. A range of statistics is also available to help you measure effectiveness and efficiencies. |
